Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Product can only be returned if it is damaged or there is some issue with product.
- Customized orders can not be returned unless it is damaged or broken.
- In case of broken package, you’ll only get replacement not refund.
- Let us know immediately after receiving your product if it is damaged or broken.
- We have No Questions asked Refund Policy.
- If you do not like your product (Non-Customized), then just pack it well and ship it back to us for refund.
- Our products are well packed with covering of bubble wrap sheet, thermopore sheet and styrofoam.
- We ensure safe and secure shipping of our products.
- Within placement of your order, we’ll ship your products within 4-7 business days.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, shipping might get delayed.
- Do not open your COD parcel before paying the amount to rider.
