For Sellers:

  1. How to sell at Artsy.pk?
    We want crafters like you to come on board and work with us! If you want to be a seller at Artsy and enjoy all the perks it has to offer, register yourself as a vendor by calling at 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278) and we will gladly assist in setting up your dashboard
  2. What is a dashboard? I am not tech savvy, how will this help?
    A dashboard is an online console set up for vendors who register with Artsy. It’s very simple and easy to use. It’s a place from where you can control particulars of your products like, set up products, add products, decide price, number of placed orders, number of sales made and so on and so forth. If confused call our customer representative at 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278) and we will get you sorted.
  3. Will Artsy charge me for showcasing my brand?
    Artsy will not charge you for showcasing your brand until and unless it turns into a sale. Artsy will charge a minimal royalty on a sale of your product. To know the particulars of royalties and charges expected please call 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278).
  4. What if my stuff is out of stock? Do I need to inform you?
    If you think you need to update us on an impending shipment please get to us at 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278) or email us at cs@artsy.pk
  5. How will I get paid for product sold?
    Monthly sales are calculated on the 30th of every month (Feb 28th/29th) accordingly. The amount calculated is then cash deposited in vendors account between any day from 1-10th of every month.

For Buyers:

  1. How to shop at Artsy.pk?
    Our website is planned for comfortable shopping. You have the option of either explore our broad collection or you can use the search box to find items that you need using keywords or item number. You can also place your order over the phone. Just call 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278) and we will gladly assist you in your shopping.
  2. Is the shopping experience at Artsy.pk secure?
    Whatever information you provide us is protected under the Private Policy Act. Artsy.pk only deals with Cash on Delivery Orders for your security.
  3. How do I change or cancel my order?
    After you place your order, you have 15 minutes to make changes or cancel it. Call us at (Number) to resolve the issue urgently
  4. Can I have my items gift wrapped?
    Gift wrapping can be done and personal message can also be added.
  5. How soon will my order be delivered?
    Your order will be delivered in the time frame of 3-15days depending on item ordered and its availability.
  6. I haven’t received my entire order. What to do?
    Don’t panic! Sometimes we split packages in multiple shipments to hasten the delivery process – if we do this we will inform you and drop an email for notice. If however you something is wrong please register a complaint at (Number) and we will get at the bottom of this.
  7. How can I know my order status?
    Through your ‘My Account’ – My Orders tab. Your orders will appear by their order numbers, information and order status details.
  8. What happens when I place an order?
    You get a confirmation call from Artsy’s customer representative ensuring the details of your order.
  9. What happens if I miss this confirmation call?
    You can write to us by replying on the email sent to you when order was placed or call us at 03 111 444 278 to confirm details.
  10. I found my product faulty, can I return it?
    We accept faulty items with their original packing within 7-days from being shipped provided that the item has not been used. Essential Beauty items are however non-returnable.
  11. How to do I determine the shipping charges applied to my order?
    There are no shipping charges hidden or otherwise. We offer FREE shipping nationwide.
  12. How do I pay for my order?
    Artsy has a ‘Cash on Delivery’ policy. Your bill will arrive with your order.
  13. What should I do if some of my items are missing in the order?
    Please notify our customer services representative by calling at call 03 111 444 ART – 03 111 444 (278) or emailing at cs@artsy.pk and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible
  14. Do you ship to international locations?
    As of now we only ship nationwide in Pakistan. However soon we will start shipping internationally.
  15. What if I’m experiencing problems with the quality of the products?
